Clownfish. Something white on fins

29g Mixed reef tank with 2 clowns and a six line. I’ve noticed he started hosting my frogspawn lately. No fish have been added to the tank in a year. He is the only one showing anything abnormal. Could it be bacterial?

No he wasn’t. But he is 5 years old and every fish added since him has gone through QT

I did remove my HOB filter media and a live rock yesterday as I am starting the cycle on a new tank he will be transferred to coming up here. Could it be stress related due to the change in environment?

Some more angles. I feel like it’s not ich because it looks like a white ‘strip’ in some areas instead of specs?
