Clownfish sounds.?

My 2 clownfish have these wound looking marks on them while in QT the wounds have healed then came back several times in the same spots on both fish. No other fish in Qt have these marks. It’s like a white circle with a dark line in the middle.
Currently in 2ppm copper power on week 3.

Possibly flukes but why don't the other fish have it?

I almost wanna say it’s some kinda bacterial infection that never fully healed and has came back a couple times
