Clownfish spot

Hello, i was watching my aquarium to check if it is healthy and i just noticed a large spot on my clownfish, i dont know if its just a wound or if he is diseased. This is the best photo i have i hope it's clear enough

It's a reddish spot yes, i dont see a pattern on the fish It's the only one, it came out of nowhere.

Has the clown been acting off at all?
Almost reminds me of uronema, but that isn’t too common in clowns.

He seems to be normal, nothing has changed on his behaviour
