Clownfish stock in the water pump

Today I wakeup and I see the two clownfish together, It take me like 3 minutes or less to get the food, then I noticed one missing clown. I look and he was stock in the water pump, I turn off everything and remove the clownfish from the pump. At first it seems that he can't swim, he had the two eyes like bubble. After ten minutes he can swim but not much, one of the eye is back to normal.

Do you think she is gonna survive?

I don't think I have ever had a fish survive that got caught like that on a powerhead

Right now I'm not in home but 3 hours ago he was alive. At first he was swimming in a corner of the tank, then he was in the middle the eye were back to normal. He can see and it look like he was breathed fine.

What all of you do when I fish get stock or have an accident?

Arrived home and looking to the survivor. The two eyes are back to normal, he is swimming like a champ. I think that his jaw Is broken, he is eating with difficult but eating, that is a good sign.

He still alive. Can a fish survive with a broken jaw? He can close it but it seem difficult, sometimes he can eat the small pieces of brine shrimp, I haven't try with pellets. What food do you recommend?

i also have a goby that got stuck and killed by a ecotech power head even though i have put a foam ring on it. Is it common to have fish stuck in the powerhead and died?

I've seen fish survive with their lower jaw ripped off. There is a lfs in Portland Oregon that has one, I think it'd a banggai cardinal if I remember right, they have had it for several years in that condition.

One of my chromis was missing a jaw... He survived 6m but eating was difficult and he slowly withered away

I don't think that the clownfish have the jaw broken, I think it's dislocate. In time the bone should heal and it will give him some distinctive look.
I have one freshwater convict that don't have one eye and I can see the bone and it's one of my favorite.
