I've got a pair of clownfish that have both stopped eating. I noticed white stringy poo coming out of the larger one and by my searches here it sounds like they've got parasites.

I've read that there are a couple options for medications but since they aren't eating I dont know how well this will work.

I've got 3 other fish and some corrals in a 90. I think i lost a coral beauty to the same thing. What options do I have at this point?

Can you post a picture? Are the clownfish breathing fast? How long have you had them? Since they aren’t eating, you would need to isolate them in a treatment container, can you do that? If so, one option would be to treat with General Cure.

Thanks Jay. Not breathing fast and no visual signs of disease. The only visual difference has been their weight from not eating and now the stringy white poo. They're not as active and stick to one corner of the tank. I've had them in the tank since July. They've never had a problem with food until a week or more ago. I can setup a QT today.
This is really similar to what happened to the coral beauty which ended up dying. Anything I can do for the rest of the fish while they're in the DT?

What are the other 3 fish? Unlike external diseases, it is possible that the clownfish issue won’t be contagious to them. Be sure to manage the ammonia in the QT since it is brand new.

Yellow tang, lawnmower blenny and royal gramma. Clowns are in QT so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the help.

Any other words of wisdom on this? I've been treating the fish with General Cure for almost a week and I still haven't seen them eat. I haven't seen them eat in over 2 weeks. No idea how they are still alive but they are in good spirits still.

Sorry, that is such a general symptom, hard to say what the issue is. What foods are you trying? What is the ammonia level at? Can you post a video?
