That's a captive need percula

The first one posted looks close enough to be a percula. Amd probally is... just because the amount of black isnt exactly the same doesnt mean anything. They both apear pretty standard and not hybrid. As they mature it will become more obvious

What Shld I be looking for in a hybrid

I would wait till they grow more and show their true colors and then compare. Juvi clowns can change alot over time. The second one however looks, to me anyways just like an ocellaris

The second meaning the female if yes then yes she is a mocha gladiator

Color is too light for a mocha. Looks like a standard oce, nothing special

Saying nothing special comes off wrong. It is a beautiful fish. Just def. Isnt a mocha

it went from bright orange to this dark in abt 3 weeks and it's still a juvy

Dang are we still talking about these clowns being something else other than they are? Lord have mercy! :D

We have a lot of resident fish experts here that I agree with. Beautiful fish but not designer or hybrid clowns.

Yes, not designer, but nice...

I have a snowy onyx witch is considered designer i guess and a regular occelaris and i pefer my standard lol...but the poor snowy onyx was lonley after someone bought the mate instead of the pair so i brought her to her new mate.

They arent designer but it is no reason to think they arent great and beautiful fish

Lol no I mean they have been ID'd. Nice fish!
Not rly every time someone ids them so
Wine else says that's not what they are they are rly this so I'm trying to figure out what they rly are

Every clownfish has a different genetic profile. That is how designer clownfish came about, they saw some with genetic mutations and bred them to make Picasso and snowflake, etc and your clown could be an ocellaris with a different strip pattern. It could be something else but usually a store won't mistake them too bad, they want their money and if they could sell it as a designer they would. That's just my opinion.
@meir this, this was fantastic advice

Did u read my response? My lfs sold me these two as a mated pair of percula clowns the only true part of that statement was that ther r clowns

Yes read it, and it seems the lfs or supplier may have screwed up on the one who looks like an oce. The point i and most made was that it was a generic clown and not any form of hybrid designer clown.
