what type of clowns are they?
what is the size differences between the 3, and did they all come from the same tank at the LFS?

A black ocellaris and 2 regular clowns the black and other normal clown are about the same size but the one that's stressed is a little smaller they are about a inch big

You are probably going to need to remove the smallest clown and re-home him. Once the other two have formed a pair, they don't really tolerate a single additional clown. They're probably chasing him, so move him to a separate container and see if that helps. A breeder box (like for freshwater livebearers) might be helpful to give him space for the time being, but unless they're going into a very large tank, it's probably not going to work out with the three...

I'll put the other 2 in another tank hopefully he'll regain some strength eventually they'll all go into my 75 gallon reef tank

I concur...once they pair...they will end up killing the outsider
