soo one of my clownfish decided to jump into my corner overflow the other night. I cannot get him out. net barely fits in my overflow.. he sees it and runs for the bottom. suggestions? he's alive. eating. and seems ok. I just don't want him living there.. :)

The same has happened to me more than once with the same fish . The only way I was able to scoop out the fish was with the net. I needed to reshape the net to fit down into the wier .I also needed to use another pole (I used pvc) to help direct the fish toward the net.

Then look into how the fish found it's way in there, and block it. Good Luck!

or you could drain the overflow and grab him with your hand if it'll fit.

I've gotten mine by setting a little net in my overflow for awhile, feeding him food that floats on the top, and then when he went to get it I scooped him up. Mean but affective lol

I would drain the water down in the overflow, confine the area he has to run away.
