Clownfish swollen belly and heavy breathing

Had this clownsfish for 3 years, got him when he was a baby. He hasn’t looked good the past couple days. Swollen belly, and heavy breathing. He has been sitting beneath my euphyllia garden. Will he be okay?

Are parameters all good? If so, they don't look like they have any disease or the like. Is this the female in the pair? It may be that she will lay eggs shortly.

It’s the male. My params are goood, no salinity drop or anything. I’m just concerned it may be dropsy, or he just needs to poop. I heard feeding him a pea can get him to poop. He’s eating and what not
