Clownfish tail looks kinda beat up

clownfish tail looks kind of beat up. He’s eating fine and I haven’t noticed any aggression from his tankmates (red firefish and another false percula. He did have worms(white stringy poop a month ago) but I treated him with metro and has been fine ever since. Hoping its not the beginning stages of brook or something else. Any ideas? Please see pic, it was the best one I could take.

He was the first fish I added after the tank cycled(fishless cycle) I’d say he has been in the tank about a month. He wasn’t eating much prior to the Metro when I first noticed his white stringy poop(worms) ill try to get a better picture although that was the best out of 20 or so I shot of him trying to get a good one ;-)

Thank you so much for the advice. I have my 10 gal QT(treatment) setup now just in case I need to treat him and the other two fish or any new additions to the aquarium.
