Clownfish tail rot?

Just got back from my summer holidays and found my black snow's tail damaged is it fit rot? What can I do to treat it?

If it is tail rot, you can feed kanaplex + focus. Add one scoop of each to one tbs of frozen food and feed 2 x daily. Seachems focus will bind to the food making it reef safe.
