Clownfish tank size

At the moment I have a 45 gallon tank which has a pair of clowns in it but I’m planning to get a 15 gallon frag tank . Would I be able to put a pair of ocellaris or percula clowns in the 15 g?

I keep 2 in a 16 gallon with a clown goby and shrimp. They all seem to be happy.
