That is some serious aggression! I think I would separate them and try for a new male. If they are acting like this often, then that's not a good pairing. IF it's just every now and then, then you can probably wait it out and see if they work it out.
It started last night but before that they were fine always sleeping together and swimming together and they only do this when the lights go off

I'll try and post a video later of my two but I don't think it's as bad as Meir's. The male or what I suppose to be the male does do the submissive dance every once in a while.
My male as well does the submissive dance

Just watch them for now, if it doesn't slow down to normal levels soon, then start thinking about getting a different male.

FWIW; I always try to pair a big mama clown with a baby clown. She will just ignore him for the first 6 months or so, but at least you don't have to worry about him turning into a her anytime soon. ;)

Awesome to hear. Is there any I should do for mama clown for wounds? Melafix? I feed with selcon each day don't know if that will do the trick or not.

here is what I did its a DIY holding container where the female can check out the male but can't hurt him

It's hard to tell but her pectoral fins are losing a little bit of color and are slightly frayed

For now just add the Selcon to her food and watch. If it starts looking red or really white and gross then we need to think about medication. For now though she looks pretty ok to me. Let's see if with the vitamins, her immune system can handle it on it's own.

I put them together in the holder to see what wld happen because I heard the it had worked for someone and guess what it worked for me too they are happily swimming together but as a precaution I'm going to leave them in there together for abt a week so that I can monitor them closely to see if it rly worked
