I had an issue with my powder brown having a sore on his side. LFS had me soaking seaweed in general cure and garlic every other day. After 2 days, powder was improving. I left on a business trip for a week and when I came home, powder was totally healed, but my 2 clownfish were covered in white spots. I tested pH and found it was at 7.8 and I'm not sure for how long. It was 8.3 when i left. I used a pH buffer and slowly increased the pH back to 8.3. LFS said that it looked like stress ich. They told me to do a water change, which I did, and suggested I do a paraguard bath for 30 - 60 minutes if clowns didn't improve in a day or two. I ended up doing the bath because my next two days were really busy. They improved slightly, but now appear to be getting worse again. I feed them flakes in the am and reef frenzy in the evening. I periodically soak the food with garlic. Is this ich or something else and how should I treat. They've had the spots since at least Saturday, probably earlier.

The reason I thought no on Brook is because they are eating a lot, as they normally do and seem to be acting normal.

My clowns are still alive and eating, but still have white spots on them. It seems to me that most of the standard diseases would have killed them by now. Any idea on what could be wrong with them and how I should treat them? I don't think its ick and their skin isn't covered in mucus.

Clownfish are pretty resilient. Oftentimes following a velvet wipeout, they are the fish that survive it.
