Clownfish Turning Grey

Hi everyone,
I’ve never posted on a forum before, so please bear with me! I’ve been in the hobby for almost three years now, but am definitely still learning. I have a pair of mismatched clowns, both ocellaris, that have been with me for 2 years or so. The male fish is starting to turn really gray, which is causing me concern. The female has increased her aggression and territorial nature over the last couple of days, but nothing extremely out of the ordinary. I’m just worried about this little guy and want to make sure I do everything possible for him. Any/all assistance is appreciated.

Same thing happend to me 2 weeks ago , female got agressive and fought the smaller one till it was stressed, [ thats why its losing color] i would separate them. Now before its to late. Unfortunately mine didnt make it
