He looks quite skinny to me he is still eating But he is not getting bigger havent seen any white waste or worms ( zoom in picture)

I'm feeding it flakes and some pellets, I just got some mysis shrimp and I've had it for about a week

You may need to chop the mysids up a bit. Feed multiple times per day, this looks like a pretty young fish. Watch for it taking food in, but then spitting it out, that can indicate the food is too large for it, or it doesn’t care for the taste.
One other possible issue- these fancy clowns can suffer from inbreeding and developmental issues and because of that, some just don’t do well, and need a little extra care.
