Clownfish unknown disease

Can you guys please ID this thing on my clownfish ? And what should I do ? I also have another clownfish and a wrass seem to be doing just fine
i do a 15% water change every week

Bottom pics show signs of brooklynella
Some symptoms are-:
Lethargic behavior
Loss of appetite
Heavy breathing
Loss of color- skin hazy/color dull
Laying on bottom occasionally

Non of the symptims are showing right now
how to treat it ? I assume it's in early stages

Are you talking about the erosion on the dorsal fin? That could be from aggression.
How long have these clowns lived together?

They have been together for year or so , but they are in this new tank for more than 3 weeks
