Clownfish update- all is well???

So my clownfish seem to be doing really well but I’m looking for an analysis from someone who knows better than me about their state. This is a video of them, my male clownfish is the one I’m concerned about.

He seems to be a little constipated a little bit but I’ve watched him poop. But there’s a black dot kinda like sticking out of his butt that looks like poo. But I’m not sure cause I’ve seen him poop.

Any advice and or analysis is greatly appreciated

Looks like poop it can’t shake
Feeding it brine shrimp temporarily may allow it to soften and pass through
