Clownfish white spot under mouth?

Hi i have a pair of clowns and one of them is growing what looks to be like a white pimple right below his mouth. Also the other clowns tail stripe is turning a dark grey color. Any help?

Had a similar thing happen to my clown when it was a juvenile. My best guess was some sort of fungal or bacterial infection. Treated it with Kanaplex (max 3 doses) by adding it to the food along with Focus. After the third dose, it was almost completely gone. Two weeks after treatment it was completely gone and he's looked completely healthy since.
