I've have 2 O. Clownfish in qt for about 3 weeks now, one had white stringy poop the day I got it. I treated with prazi as a bath and API General Cure (Prazi/Metro) for one feeding. The poop went away until recently. It hangs on the one clown for hours, but as far as I can see they appear healthy. No visible redness. Both of the clowns will only eat PE mysis. Any ideas on what to do for treatment at this point?

I attempt to feed them flakes and pellets, they spit it out.

I had this with one of my clowns as well. I quarantined him and treated him with API General Cure (dosing to the tank) according to their instructions. I also feel him after I fed my display tank. After the treatment process was done, I gave him an additional 24 hours in the quarantine and he was back to normal.

So you just did a bath, did you soak it's food?

Mine aren't lethargic, and like I said they only eat pe mysis.

You could continue feeding with the meds you have. It might take a week but it's good that he's eating. It's also possible they are picky eaters. I once had a porcupine puffer who would only eat frozen mysis, or my clean up crew...

The pe mysis works well for adding medications, let it thaw and soak up the excess liquid then mix in the general cure with focus to bind it to the food and some garlic to mask the flavor of the meds.
It's more effective to get the meds in their gut than to dose the water column
