So I’ve looked it up and want some confirmation just to make sure. So my two clownfish have both been acting a little sluggish lately and have this white stringy poop. I do feed mysis pretty frequently as well.

the female clownfish is just swimming in one spot vertically in the picture.
I have a sixline and a Midas blenny currently in the tank, a rock anemone, GSP and some zoas. I’m reading if it is the internal parasite to treat with Prazi? Please help as I’ve had these guys for awhile. They did eat when I fed them both yesterday as well.

I believe you are on the right track.

White stringy poop is a tell tale of internal digestion track parasites. Worms typically. If you choose to do prazi, it is reef safe and my choice. Do 2 rounds, or 3. Each round should be followed up by a 30% ish WC 4days or so after, immediately followed by another and repeat. This eliminates the possibility of eggs that were unhatched yet being wiped out with consecutive treament rounds... without breaks between.

Hope this helps. :)

General cure (metro and prazi) with seachem focus mixed in with food.

A couple more questions. Is it only prazipro I can treat with or is there something else available under a different name?
I forgot to add I also have a cleaner shrimp, not sure if that will affect the shrimp?

Yes, its a combo of metro and prazi, that when combined with seachem focus and foods/ blender mush+ enticers /vitamins like selcon is very effective at treating active internal parasites.
