Clownfish white stringy poop

Hello everyone. Past three days, my Clownfish is ignoring food, and always swims bellow my rock.

I have currently two clownfish, the other seems very well, eats, and my chromis eat well too.

I am worried, and here where I live, the local pet store opens only on Monday.

I feed them frozen copepods, artemia, some pellets too. 3 times per day.

Based on the description I’d guess internal parasites. It is best to treat in a separate hospital tank. I’d recommend levamisole for treatment.
