Looks like one of my clowns has a nice gash in his side. Any idea what it could be? Scraped on rock? Pitho crab snagged him? Something else I’m not aware of?

Neither fish are eating right now. Top one In the photo.

While clowns are known to fight and be aggressive towards the other, this appears to be a mechanical injury and one that should heal on its own however keep an eye on it for signs of healing and Not becoming red or sore. Should it become infected, treat in separate tank with Seachem neoplex. You can treat in tank now to safeguard it with use of Ruby Rally pro

Thank you!

Ok. So I think this wound was definitely caused by aggression. In observing the two clowns for the past day or so, the slightly larger clown has been shunning the smaller one to the bottom corner of the tank whenever I feed.

@vetteguy53081 you helped earlier so hoping you might have some insight here. Is this normal hierarchy behavior?

Typical in which larger being female is aggressor and will bully the male, take over an anemone or region of tank, chase it, bite it and corner it. You can place her in time out in acclimation box for 10-14 days and see if behavior changes
