Clownfish with black stripes

As I said earlier in this thread when it comes to genetics I sometimes cheat. So I have contacted the main " mad scientist" in genetics for clowns Matt Pederson.
His take is: not a GSM at all more than likely a WSM, he says he never seen, read, heard, been suggested to, etc of a GSM turning dark. He feels it's most likely a environmental thing or mood based, but not genetic

Thank you for the updated info.

That all said, for me I'm still pursuing how to do this. The onyx snowflake and gladiators are just examples of how stripes have been changed in size and color. So, I have a pair of beautiful wild caught WSM's that will be perfect for this experiment. Now to get them paired with some new possible partners and the "mad science" begins.
Here is the WSM's I will be starting this project with. I'm picking u a breeder Darwin male to try first with her and for him I've decided to pair with a midnight black following the lead of Dr Sanjay who used the midnight Black to darken his Photons
