I just noticed today that my clownfish has popeye, I think it’s just in one eye and doesn’t seem cloudy. I don’t have a QT tank, would Seachem Focus (in food) or Epsom Sal help?

I appreciate all suggestions.

Looks to be result of an injury however I am concerned with the white dot which may be retina damage. Other possibilty is gas embolism often caused by a sudden increase in tank temperature, elevated nitrate or ammonia, and stress but appears to be injury.
Treatment in a separate quarantine tank will be use of Maracyn AKA Maracyn 1 which is ethromyacin for 5-6 days
Maintain good water quality during treatment and provide additional oxygen with an air stone

I agree, popeye in one eye is almost always an injury. Focus won't help with that, and neither will Epsom salts. As said, Erythromycin (Maracyn 1) in a ftreatment tank can help, but the reality is that if the fish is still eating well, these eye issues often heal on their own after a few weeks to a month. The biggest risk is if it then damages its other eye - with two damaged eyes it won't be able to see its food properly.
