Is that a red mark I see on one of the clownfish? How long have you had them??
I see you have quite a bit of Euphyllia corals in your tank. Are the clowns trying to swim/rub in the euphyllia or sleeping near any of them at night?

I’d suggest preparing to treat as follows for infection, should it have one or develop one.
Acriflavine (for a bath) followed by metroplex, kanaplex, and furan 2 in a QT for 10-14 days.
