How long have you had them?? I see you have quite a bit of Euphyllia corals in your tank. Are the clowns trying to swim/rub in the euphyllia or sleeping near any of them at night?

Is it worsening over 24 hours? I’d suggest preparing to treat as follows for infection, should it have one or develop one. Acriflavine (for a bath) followed by metroplex, kanaplex, and furan 2 in a QT for 10-14 days.
