Clownfish with white spots

Is this something I need to treat? If so with what? Just noticed it after doing water change. White type spots on his left side

This does not appear as parasitical and can be grains of sand, and even sticky food such as mysis shrimp. If ich, would move and multiply each 24 hours. See if spots are still there in morning and are gone or have increased
 
Did you happen to quarantine this fish - and the others - and have you added anything recently that was not quarantined.?

No. I have only two clownfish and an azure damsel. But the damsel has been more territorial lately towards the clownfish when they swim near certain part of the rocks
