I have a pair of ocellaris clownfish one of them eats everyday while the bigger one doesnt want anything to do with food. I've feed hikari mysis
And sa hatchery diet he wont eat anything i've had them both for a week

Try flake or pellet food. Some captive bred clowns may only eat this at the beginning. Eventually they'll eat everything.

And the big one just sits in a corner of the tank is he sick?
Hopefully not. My pair has stayed pretty much in the same top corner for the last 3 years.
Did you quarantine the pair before putting them in the display tank?
Can you post a close up picture of the fish?

I'm probably starting to sound like a broken record on this topic by now, but it's super common for new clowns to not eat for a few days upon intro to a new tank, and hopefully that is all you have going on here, and I also agree many breeders start off w/ the NLS pellets, and that's what I'd try.
A week would begin to concern me, let us know how it goes.

This is my first tank, 10 gallon nano! I'll probably be upgrading to a 30 cube in 4-5 months I'll try and get some pics

My newly introduced pair was only eatting pellets, as I'd assume they were raised on them. Over the last few weeks they started trying other stuff. I was quite worried about one of them for about a week. I've been through this before, wasn't too worried, but typically is the smaller one not the larger that goes through this. Seems one always looks depressed. But one day it snapped out of it. Offer a variety. That's all you can do

Here are some pics of the poor guy.

He struggles to swim and half goes on his side into the sand sometimes to,

how old is this set up? cycled totally?(meaning you tested and saw result for each stage?)

Tank is cycled, Its been up for about a month and 2 weeks, Should I do a 20% water change?

I'm guessing it's not cycled, or only kinda did ....its barely old enough to be cycled. Do you have the stuff to test your water?

Yes do water change. when in doubt water changes cant hurt good...if you dont have the stuff to test all your water chems grab a sample before.

I'm pretty sure its cycled, I added bio spira and saw results for each stage (ammonia turns into nitrite nitrite turns in to nitrate) I've ran out of ammonia test kits but I have orderd a salifert test kit (ammonia) I was using api but I had some people told me they were inaccurate i'll do a water change tomorrow and add some Seachem prime and seachem stability I hope my clown survives it would be very sad if he did.

Cycled isnt a end point that it. it's a build up of an eco system sure it might be cycled to have nothing in there, but clearly its not as it's killing the fish now....

What else can I do to help my fish, im going to be doing a 30% water change tomorrow is there anything else I should do?

Depending on the size of the tank.. if it's smaller you may do a bigger water change. Just because the tank was running for two months doesn't necessarily mean it was cycled. Ati kits suck for precise accuracy. The salifert ammonia isn't much better. And there may be nothing at all you can do. I went through the exact same thing years ago. Pulled the clown and quarantined in copper. I fed it garlic soaked brine, and it just got progressively worse over a few weeks and died. Are the clowns in the tank alone? Could anything be intimidating it causing stress?

My tank has just the 2 clownfish, I just checked my levels and my other clown started eating today he swam to the top of the tank and ate a couple pellets!
My water.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
pH 8.2
Salinty 1.25
I was planning on ordering inverts and doing a water change today, should I still do one?
