the fish doctors need a lot more info about the tank.... water parameters, tank age, how long you had the fish, what type of filtration on the tank, tank size, etc...

As mentioned above, freshwater gravel is a bad choice for saltwater tanks. Fake decorations aren't good either, they can leach chemicals in saltwater.

A full tank pic will really help provide some suggestions.

I agree with both pickle_soup and Mr. Mojo Rising. This is hard to closely diagnose without wider variety of information. These things can be caused by anything from SG being off to a spike or drop in any of the levels. So if you would be able to post tank parameters as well as possible before picture of the fish that would probably help a lot with diagnosing what is wrong. (I’m not an expert at all I just started with clowns and let myself go down a huge rabbit hole of information before purchasing my first pair).

I magnetised and cleaned gravel thoroughly I have Marco rock and the decorations where a temporary thing, I feed them higari small pellet food and brineshrimp I have a fluval u1 filter tank size is 15 gallon salt 1.027-1.028 basic led light had the fish about 2-3 weeks tank is brand new

Suggest you get a powerhead into the tank and point it towards the water surface to help with gas exchange and put oxygen into the water. That filter by itself is not adequate to provide water flow and oxygen and biofiltration, all that is provided by powerheads.

Did you cycle the tank before getting the fish ? If not, they might be affected by rising ammonia levels. They will die if you don’t do regular water changes until the tank is cycled.

You need to test your water.

Since the tank is not cycled, can you please test for ammonia?

salinity is also high, are you replacing evaporated water with freshwater? If not, the salinity will always increase.

PS-no one is picking on you by pointing things out, honestly just trying to help you and guide you, and help the fish too.

How long have the fish been in the tank (sorry if I missed that)? Any other signs of illness such as fast breathing? A short video would help. Knowing params would also help - a new tank is subject to the fish being poisoned by ammonia.
The freshwater gravel I would expect to cause more of a problem with coral down the line.

I have tested everything seems good and I am going to get a power head for the oxygen

This tank is set up as a modified freshwater tank and offers no PH buffering, plastic plants known to leach and I now question type of filter/filtration which I assume is a hang on back power filter ??
How are you testing tank ?
You say numbers are good- Did you cycle tank and if so - how did you cycle the tank?
