Hey,

There is something wrong with my clownfish. He is swimming with his head om the sand the whole time or below against a rock. Does someone know what the best thing is to do?

This picture does not show much:(. Can you make a YouTube video - or something else - it kind of sounds like a swim-bladder problem?

Plus more information - when did you get - quarantine? other fish sick? Parameters in your tank? Other fish in your tank?

White light photos and a short video. Recent additions, tank age and size, current inhabitants, and parameters will help this along.

Your numbers are all over the place in straight terms.
What test kits are you using?
What method of filtration are you using ?

This clown IMO has little chance of returning to norm. Any aggression, fighting amongst the clowns?
Was it eating and was breathing normal?

I dont use any other filtrations then my skimmer should i do that?
They never fought and he was always eating but not as much as the other clownfish

Yes- A hang on back power filter or hang on refugium. While skimmer will remove inorganics, you need chemical and mechanical filtration

As Vetteguy said - your numbers are off. But - the other questions - did you QT - are the other fish sick. I'm assuming based on Vetteguys opinion - that it looks bad (on the video I cant see) - However - the second thing is the rest of your fish. How are they doing. Do you have the ability to do a hospital tank of some sort?

Owh oke what is the best filtration to buy? And can i do anything to help my clownfish
Unfortunately, that clown is labor breathing, bent spine and lethargic. You can try an airstone for added oxugen but issue is more that low oxygen

It will be hard to just 'buy' filtration'. If your other fish are 'ok' - then filtration is not likely to be the issue - it could be fish specific. On the other hand - if other fish are distressed - an ammonia level, etc. What is the size of your tank - do you have adequate flow/oxygenation?

I got a 285 liter tank and i have enough flow i my tank but how can i know that there is enough oxygen

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Sorry - that clownfish is what is called "moribund". It isn't going to survive.

What you need to do now is damage control, try to figure out if it has anything contagious that will spread to your other fish.

Are your other fish 100% fine? Any rapid breathing or torn fins on them at all?
Your water looks o.k., but I don't see a salinity listed.

Jay
