My 2 clownfish always hangout behind a big arch in my tank making it so people can’t see them half the time i was wondering if there was a way to get them move so they hangout in front of the arch or somewhere I can see them. Any Suggestions

Clown fish are weird and often to do their own thing, which is often not what we would like them to do. That being said, is the tank in a high traffic area? Is there anything in the front section that could make them feel more safe/less fearful?

There is not but I am planning on getting a wrasse soon so hopefully that helps thanks for the advice

They are territorial and probsbly already established that area as their home. To change that you will need to change your rockscape for the to reset their territory. They also do like privacy - my pair hangs out in my big torch colony. They are not really the "swim everywhere and showing off " kind of fish and usually just stay near their home turf.

Wrasses swim more actively through out the whole tank and if they show aggression it will make the clowns stay in their turf even more.

I’d say don’t worry about it. Are they tank bred or wild caught? All my clowns ( I have three pairs currently) started off hanging out in a corner or somewhere I really didnt want them to be.
One day when you least expect it, they will magically discover a coral or some other object they decide to call their new home. There isn’t much you can do except let them do their thing, they are amazing

All right thanks for all the help hopefully they decide to move eventually because most of the time my tank looks empty lol

They will! They may take their sweet time, sometimes 6 months or so, but let them be and let them decide. If you have some nice corals they will choose something that looks comfy and move right in. One of my pairs sleep in a zoa garden at night, one pair in a nem and the other pair live in a toadstool.
