What is this on my clownfish? No corals in tank just fish and snails.

What do I do?

That is very clearly Brooklynella, a protozoan disease common to clownfish.

Treating it is difficult. Formalin works well, but it is difficult to get and toxic to people, so you have to take care using it.

Ruby Reef Rally Pro works in mild cases, but this looks pretty severe.

What other fish are in the tank with it?
Are they showing any symptoms?

This separation of mucus suggests brooklynella as this mucus generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
Typical treatment is a formalin solution is mixed with in a separate container with either fresh or saltwater. Start with a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration then performing treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin base at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank. The longer the fish are exposed to the formalin treatment the more effective it will be at eliminating this issue.
If a formalin solution is not available for immediate use, temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this treatment will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.
Treatment is best done in a QT tank using either quick cure (more effective but now harder to find) or Ruby Rally Pro. Ruby takes a little longer and initial treatment generally takes 2-3 days to really start going to work.
I cant reply for a couple of hours but hope this helps

It came over night, they were all fine last night.

I can't sit here and say I didn't just order a bunch of fish from an online retailer that I will not mention. All of which have died. It's been a rough couple weeks for me. I have purchased from this vendor in the past, and forewent a QT this time around. Obviously I am paying that price...

I am going to setup my QT tank really quick seeding with some floss from another disease free tank.

Medicines I have direct access to.

Melafix
PraziPro - expired
Kanaflex
Metroflex
API General cure

What should I attempt?

None of those are really effective against Brooklynelka. You could try the Metroplex, it is the only one on your list that has any effect against protozoans.
