Clowns hosting

Okay, is it possible for Clowns to host something other than anemones? My clowns are around my turbinaria peltata A LOT. Sometimes actually sitting on top of it.

Also do these sting? One of my clowns seem to have small black spots underneath him that look like sting marks. You can see them in the picture. Anything else these marks could be from?

Never seen it (I'm a noob), but plenty if posts about clowns hosting in frogspawn, hammers, even a power head. And yes, my guys get those black spots as well- assuming they are corals stings.
 
Sorry to be that guy but I have to be, clowns don't host anything. Corals and anemones ect allow the clowns to host! And yes clown fish will host anything that allows them to host! Looks like they are going for it!
 
This is crazy. The clowns are obsessed with their hydnophora exesa
