Its either Ich or velvet. My guess is velvet. Are they acting weird? Any symptoms like not eating, scratching gills on surfaces in the aquarium, constantly swimming at the surface, gasping at the water surface, swimming with mouth open? Those are a few of the symptoms of velvet. I would definitely recommend getting them in QT.

thank you but im thinking now its Brooklynella

I would agree with velvet, but I don't have any first hand experience with it. How long have you had them? Any new additions? Also second getting them into QT ASAP!

That is brooklynella the clown fish disease and it does kills quickly. You’ll need to remove him and place in QT and administer metro in the water column. A FWD will provide temporary relief and buy you some time.

Thank you will doing a FWD kill them ?? also where can i get the metro ???

FWD will help remove some off the body and gills providing temporary relief to the fish. Call around to your LFS to see if they carry the meds. Worse case you can always order from Amazon but you need to get this going ASAP if you want save him. Brook kills pretty quickly. Is he still eating?

hes still try to eat but not that great its been like this for 3 days but today its the worst i seen it

Sorry to hear that. Do you have any other fish in your aquarium?

Okay you’ll need to pull all your fish out and place into a QT and treat with metro. In addition you’ll need to run your display tank fallow for 6 weeks minimum to eradicate the parasite. Otherwise they will all go down this same rabbit hole.

ok i have a 20 long setup and will do this can you please explain metro ??? and where i can buy it please

I'd order metro from amazon if you dont have a lfs 2 day shipping with prime. Use it on qt so it doesnt harm inverts and coral, I've never used it myself but I have done fresh water dips. Make sure the freshwater is the same temp, leave them in for a couple mins they will go belly up and have trouble swimming dont be concerned that's normal because the water is a different density they will be fine in an hour or so after the dip.

As I mentioned previously. Reach out to local fish stores to see if they carry it or worse case amazon but that 2 days is a long time to wait.
