I have a 20g QT with 2 clowns and a yellow watchmen goby since purchase 10 days ago. Been prophylactically medicating Bifuran and Hypo salinity last 10 days. Fish stopped eating 3 days ago. One clown has long white string poop once in awhile and puffy gills. The other clown is now on the bottom and breathing rapidly. Goby looks good other than not eating. Thinking it is some parasite I added Metroplex to the tank today to see if the will drink enough of the medication.

Since they don’t eat could I medicate with Metroplex in a dip form e.g. concentrated in a small bowl?

Thanks Terri. Tried to feed the mixture twice today and the fish just watch it go by.

Id run carbon get the Bifuran out of the water. Antibiotics can cause a loss in appetite. After the meds are out try some live baby brine shrimp. I wouldnt jump to an internal parasite just yet.
