I was wondering...

What do you guys thing about keeping clowns with a carpet anemone in a tank with aggressive fish?
Triggers and other fish that like to eat smaller fish.

Is the carpet gonna move a lot and maybe damage some corals, can it kill some bigger aggressive fish

Whats your experience with those

Triggers are really aggressive eaters. When they want something they go get it. I have had triggers go steal clam strip out of my carpet. If the clowns are small and the trigger is big. You are taking a chance.

Even so called reef safe triggers can get big and decide to eat smaller fish. I had a crosshatch in qt chew up some small clowns. It is not impossible but you should exercise caution. If the trigger is small you will have a better chance.
