Clowns qt

i Plan on adding 2 juvi clowns to the qt soon and wanted to get some opinions on my process. Qt is a 10g already cycled with aqua clear hob, sponge filter, small Powerhead and heater.

Safety stop bath

Slowly ramp cp to 2.0 over a couple days unless fish shows immediate signs (know clowns are sensitive to copper)

Mix gc + focus in food while in cp

Being I already fed gc should I still run prazi or gc into the water after copper?

Feeding GC really works on the internal parasites. Possible that you could still have parasites in the gills or on the skin. Prazi into the water or GC into the water to make sure.
Consider adding a foam bubble filter into the QT. I usually soak the foam in my DT's sump for at least 30 days for a strong bio level. Can also soak in Bio Spira, etc. for at least over night. Have you soaked the foam from the HOB? Also consider adding some ceramic media like Fluval BioMax into the HOP in a open mesh bag. Soak the media as well with Bio Spira, etc. It's great not having to do very many water changes if the bio level is strong.

No worries as long as there is not a prevailing air current blowing from the QT to the DT or a fan, etc. blowing constantly.

After I run CP at 2.0 for 14 days if I don’t have a sterile qt to transfer too, do I just slowly ramp the Cooper back down to 0 then observe while using prazi or gc?

Sorry Charles...I never had any luck with the QT process myself. I originally played Russian Roulette but my last batch was purchased from someone that did the QT'ing for me. Yes more expensive, but worth every penny!

Also, most people will interpret cp as chloroquine phosphate here, I just don't want to you to end up getting any incorrect advice because someone misinterpreted something

Yes full 30 days is necessary if you are treating with a single tank.

If I get another 10g for qt after the process can I just rinse and let air dry to sterilize?

That didn't answer my question, I use vinegar to clean power heads and equipment in my DT, I'm asking for an opinion if just letting it air dry will work. This is because if I plan to run several round of fish through my QT I want a faster process then deep cleaning everything. If I have to vinegar bath to sterilize I will, but I'm looking for a faster method. (i.e. rinse, dry completely, fill, add fish) this would be idea instead of soaking and cleaning in vinegar then rinsing several times, then dry.

My opinion would be that it's a bad idea and something will get through
