Clowns seem to be in trouble

I have two clowns in my 28 gallon nano both are looking a little rough. At first thought it may be ich but in reading some very helpful posts I would also say that this morning the clown had a white thin feces attached to the larger of the two. It looks like this may indicate an internal parasite. Fish eat very well. I have a total of 5 fish in the tank and the others seem perfectly fine. I did add

a dwarf flame angel to the tank almost 2 weeks after rearranging the live rock and coral to help assimilation. Tank has settled down a good bit but the first few days the angel pushed the other fish around. All fish, rock, corals come from a very reputable shop. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The stringy and white poop is worth watching, but . . . sunken/pinched stomach is usually presenting as well. Probably stress.

Picture is a little fuzzy on this end. I see salt sized white spots. Any clumping of the spots or peeling or fuzziness of the spots?

True a photographer I am not. No clumping, peeling. They just do not look as sharp as they did two weeks ago. Here is picture of the smaller clown. Also will attach a better picture of the dark one in hopes that it helps.

If the spots are raised a bit and cottony/fibrous/cauliflower like in texture, it's probably Lymphocystis. A usually harmless virus. If not, salt sized and you can count them, then probably Ich.

Shop I have purchased everything from told me to use Ich-X. Anyone have any thoughts?

Looks like brook to me. Could be velvet, but really leaning towards brook.

@HotRocks @Crabs McJones might be able to provide a better id?

I'm not sure if Ich-x would help or not as I've never used it.

I did have great luck with a Ruby Reef Rally bath against brook. Followed the directions on one of the stickys. I'd have to look it up for amount and time.

Does it look like a slimy white film?

There is definitely a film over the fish. Lots of salt sized specs. Hoping it is soft coral reef safe as described by the shop, 30 minutes in the corals certainly do not like it.

Did I read that last correctly: did you use this product in reef environment and not a quarantine tank with your fish?

Formaldehyde and copper treatments (ich x is the former) are not considered reef safe.

I have been using it for a three treatments. Soft corals have been handling it to a degree. The certainly do not love it. Kenya tree does not seem to be affected.
