Clowns with white stringy poop and odd behavior

Hey everybody,
One of my ocellaris clowns has been acting strangely. He swims with his head on the water line. He occasionally swims off and acts normal but always comes back.

At first I thought it could be a gas exchange issue because I have a glass hood, but then I noticed that both of my clowns had stringy poop. The one with the odd behavior had brownish stringy poop, while the other that wasn't behaving oddly had white stringy poop.

Worms?

I've had them for about a month. I also recently added a diamond goby, but the behavior was happening a few days before I got him.

Sounds like they have intestinal worms. A picture would help of it coming out of them.

Treat with "Metro" soaked with "Focus" in some food. Follow the directions on the bottle. Should take about three weeks to be completely gone.

Ok thanks, that's what I was thinking.
I'm thinking of soaking their food in metroplex.
Does it work for pellet food or only frozen?
And how often should I go about treatment?
Do I have to worry about the other fish getting this as well?

Feed the medicated food at least once per day.

Yes, so all fish need to eat the medicated food.

Prazipro (soaked in food) will treat tapeworms. But metro treats those and many other internal parasites. Some prefer to food soak using API General Cure because it contains both praziquantel & metronidazole. Best of both worlds.
