CLR48 Tank Build

So I have kept smaller saltwater tanks but I've wanted to to get a large one for a while. S I saw this for sale one Craigslist. It's a 150 gal oceanic with corner over flows in both sides it's glass and has little to no scratches and holds water great. Now here's the sweet part. I paid $100 for it.

These are the returns and drains the guy said the returns moved back and forth slowly to creat waves.

And the stand I'm building is going to be free because my uncles owns a shop and he gave me the 2x4 and 2x6 I need and also a huge sheet of 3/4 oak plywood. Along with all the plumbing parts I need.

Haven't had time to get pics up yet I have the frame build to the stand now I'm getting ready to put oak plywood on the sides and two doors on the front.

Okay sorry its been So long inhave been real busy, I'm finishing up the stand tmr hopefully, them sometime this week my heatsinks should be in so I can finish my leds.

I have a question how many GPH pump should I get for a return?
