I had to dig deep for these guys! Good call on the spotlight JPS...I have these guys in Med flow/Med light/a couple inches off the sandbed. Reef Pets is absolutely right, once these guys are established they grow like a week!

I have a huge colony of these.. they grow like crazy for me.
Running 9 Ecoxotic LED strips in a fixture.
I have had them low under frag racks - seems to slow them down - up high they just keep growing like a weed.
If anyone is local to NH or MA - come on bye - and grab some.

yep. To many I can’t give em away.

Purchased myself a small colony of 20 heads or so of these a month ago for my zoa dominated nano....during the month one of my Coco Worms that was downflow of it came out less and less until it came out only partially and for only a minute or two a day to then retreat quickly, various zoa downflow lost colour developing an almost grey appearance and slowly dying off............i removed the mohawks and within a couple of hours out comes my Coco Worm and stayed out and within a few days my zoa's coloured back up again improving day by day

Looks like these bad boys emit their toxins into the water in quite serious quantities that being in a nano with its close proximity and small water volume showed the effects clearly...shame they are quite pretty...never again though
