Clustering hydroids

Anyone know how to get rid of hydroids? Is there something that eats them?

Lynx nudibranch (Phidiana lynceus) eats exclusively hydroids. Some wrasses will eat them as well.

I have some hydriods as well. I think they came from hatching brine shrimp. I recently purchased 2 aptasia eating file fish and they say they will eat hydroids as well.

I have been thinking about getting one of them anyway since they are pretty cool looking . I’ll give one of them a try also!

The lynx nudis are pretty hard to source but some lfs can order them. I see you're in San Diego. I wouldn't doubt one of the larger shops around there could get one.
