These are the sps pieces I have look like the green? Both stylo and poci are new to me so can somebody give me a accurate id on both.

Ok they probably aren’t but what could they be? It’s very much like polyps of my green frag, with the green tip at the end.

Pocilliporas always spawn small spots of growth on random areas. Mine also does this.

They spots are in low light areas, do I just leave them alone or will i have sticks everywhere lol

Unless you want Pocillopora dominated tank I would eliminate those areas with either under water epoxy or kalk paste. Do not use a lot of kalk if you go that route, paste over one colony at a time over a couple weeks, turn off the flow to the tank for about 10 min to allow the kalk to work.

I had the exact same thing happen. It can be really cool if you are ok with a lot of pocillopora, I let some grow in my biocube and enjoyed it, but now I don't normally add any poci because I try and manage the coral a bit more, but suspect as others have said it's poci, the polyps bail out and settle on rock and make babies.

For me I leave them alone. One they big enough you can frag them and sell or give away
