It'll sort itself out most likely. If it doesn't seem bothered by it, let it be. Nems are basically grounded jellyfish; not much in the way of intelligence there

I have a sherman rose that does this all the time .... it always fixes itself. .. never seemed to harm it.

try cutting off flow for a bit and it may work it self out . Don't try to untwist with your hands unless it goes real easy - no forcing you may cause a tear or split which on the foot is not good ...
