Was in search of a higher Ph.
Calibrated PH probe ran for 7 days average 8.04 max 8.16. In house air intake on sump. No CO2 scrubbing.

installed scrubber and air intake remained In house. 7 more days and average 8.07 max 8.24

kept scrubber and ran air house outside into garage for less human produced CO2. and no I don't run my car engine in my garage lol. 3 days later my average dropped to 7.95.

adding the co2 scrubbing and moving the air intake outside of the house should raise my Ph. Seems like a big waste of time to me ‍♂️

I think your pH is fine we’re it is, and remember you also have the possibly of test kit error margins as well

pH is one of those things not to mess around with, unless a problem does exist, otherwise things can happen, usually bad and in most cases theres no need at all.

I recently ran a line to an outside window and my pH jumped up by about 0.2 by the next day. (I also bought a CO2 scrubber at the same time but found I don't even need it!)
Maybe the air in the garage is not the same as "outside air"? Can you try leaving the garage door open for a day? ....or running out a window (if only temporarily as a test)?
