I am pretty sure the 'normal' color changing media for CO2 scrubbers aren't reusable.
I'm simple wondering why the used purple media I left outside overnight, has turned bone white again?

pump, interested in this as well. my co2 media from icecap never turned purple, even though it's listed as color changing. I'm wondering if it was never good to begin with.

Actually I just looked at the packaging from icecap and it states it will turn back white if left to stand outside and it’s not reusable.

You can zoom in on this label on Amazon:

Cool thanks. I'm not sure I'll trust the company selling the stuff, though.
Will be an easy experiment though.

I hope you guys are wearing Goggles, when handling the stuff. It can cause irreparable damage to your eyes. Also don’t touch the goggles till you wash your gloves and hands. I bought it for a while from one of the compressed gas companies, but it was too big of a pain. Divided it up and Sealed it in FoodSaver Bags.

Nope. I do go outside though.
Always, save a little to sprinkle on my oatmeal.
