Would running a CO2 scrubber between an air pump and Coralife Biocube skimmer produce a favourable increase in pH?
I am wondering if the overall effect depends on the length of the canister holding the CO2 absorbing material and/or the amount of air input. Also, is there any risk you're aware of regarding the potential for dust from the media being directly pumped through the airstone?

I have a 1yr old 32g modded biocube that is doing quite well growing lots of SPS. pH has always tested between 7.8-7.9. As much as I avoid chasing parameters like pH the BRS series has convinced me a higher pH tank is favourable for higher growth rates. I'm limited for space and couldn't find an answer regarding this.

Thanks in advance
