I started to use a CO2 Scrubber plugged to Tunze Comline DOC Protein Skimmer 9001 in a Biocube 32 gallons. It was working perfect. I reached the perfect PH but, a month later the ends of the skimmer got cloth, that stopped the skimmer. I removed the tubbing and found out that it was cloth like calcified. Did somebody have this issue before?

I have Universal CO2 Scrubber from Bulk Reef Supply:

The tubbing.

The air hose going from the scrubber to the valve on the impeller of the skimmer? Are you recirculating or is it very humid where you live? The only thing I can think of is that moisture got the co2 media wet and it started melting in the tube, ultimately hardening and clogging it.

Yes, the hose from the scrubber to the valve. That make more sense. I saw some condensation inside the tubbing. Now, the cloth is happening by the impeller of the skimmer. I live in Chicago.
