So I purchased a bubble magus curve 5 for my reef tank. My PH has consistent been around 7.6-7.7. I recently purchased a CO 2 scrubber and media. Which air intake do I place the co2 scribe tube to on the bubble magus curve? I placed it on the lower part of the skimmer but I have seen YouTube videos where the air intake tube is connected tot The intake at the top of the curve... what am I missing?

The output from the scrubber can connect directly to the air intake on the venturi at the pump, which will provide the least flow resistance. Connecting at the top, if i understand your question, just adds extra hose and maybe a muffler.
I used a co2 scrubber but found a way to plumb the skimmer air intake to the outside, which is better, air is cleaner and no disposables, but maybe not an option for you.

Yeah, I won’t be able to connect to the outside in this house. Really disappointed that my ph is not going up using this scrubber. It fluctuates drastically.

co2, in my case was the major cause of lowish PH. As you might know, lower PH means more acidity; more dissolved CO2= more acid. The parallel is to the oceans with the atmospheric rise in CO2, the oceans get more dissolved CO2, more acidic which changes the environment somewhat for coral and other inhabitants. So when my kids have friends over and the co2 level in the aquarium room rises, I can demonstrate via apex, the PH rise over time, and tell them they are killing the corals.

Try cracking a window as an experiment, maybe the dissolved CO2 isn't the only problem.

Meant to mention that the CO2 level in the aquarium room also has a big effect. So people and pets in the room change the CO2 level and PH.
