co2 tank/regulator

Hello, I have a paific coast imports regulator and the last 5 times I filled my tank it was empty in exactly one week, each time I put a new washer in it, checked it with soapy water for leaks and couldn't find any, any ideas what else to check, thanks joe

open up the needle valve and check to see if sticking, i had one get stuck open a little and keep feeding co2,
